Having lived in an international dormitory for the last two years of my college career at UC Berkeley, I made a number of Korean friends. I would deeply enjoy being able to communicate with them in their native tongue and have the language skills to comfortably sustain myself in Korea when I visit them in the future.
I have no prior formal experience speaking Korean, though I have attempted to teach myself the basics of the Hangul alphabet and some vocabulary. Long-term, I would very much like to reach a conversationa l level of aptitude.
Ideally, I would like to meet with a tutor once a week and spend upwards of 10 hours a week practicing independently .
A patient and well organized teacher who can recognize my progress and misunderstand ings are all I ask for!

My name is Jennifer, I'm 31 years old, I live in France and I've been studying Korean for more than one year now with a private teacher.
I think I have a beginner-inte rmediate level
I am planning to stay approximately 2 weeks in Seoul in October. That's why, while I'm in Seoul, I would like to take Korean lessons (maybe 2 hours a day?) I'm really motivated and I would like to find a teacher that would be available for that period! :)
