Dear Sir or Madame,
I would like to learn Romanian as Romania is my wife´s origin. My proficiency level is beginner however I have tried to study by myself with the help of study book and CD called 'Teach yourself'. Initially (the next 3 weeks) I would like to take perhaps 2-3 lessons a week about 1-2 hours each depending on the cost. The reason being we are travelling to Romania for Cristmas and New years eve (2 weeks) on the 18th of December. I intend to continue the lesson in after the trip to achieve a good level of understanding , conversing and in writing within the next 6 months. I have no request regarding the quality of the teacher at this time.

I am a beginner in Romanian. I have visited the country 4 times doing volunteer work which I would like to continue. I would like to learn to converse in the language because I hope to do more work in Romania for an extended period of time. I would love a class with structure and homework as far as the grammar, but also a lot of practice in conversationa l skills and pronunciation . I am willing to dedicate 3-4 hours a week to structured lessons, not including independent study.

I'm learning Romanian to impress a special someone in my life. My proficiency level is probably somewhere below beginner, if there were any such level. I need to understand the basic grammar, pronounciatio n, etc. I'm probably willing to dedicate 4hrs each month to the class and probably 24-28hrs/mont h, if possible, to self-study.
