Dutch would be learnt at a beginner's level as I have not attempted to learn this language before. I would like to learn this language as I plan to live and work in the Netherlands. The areas I find which I need to focus on the most are grammar and pronunciation . I would dedicate as much time as I cold spare to learning this language, putting in all my effort to learn this language to the best of my abilities. I would be looking for a great understanding not only in conversationa l language but in the written language also.

Joris (18), Bas (16), Frank (14) and Max (10) Derksen will be moving fm the Netherlands to the Capital Region this summer. To keep up - or better improve - their Dutch, they are looking for a Dutch tutor. Ideally, the tutor could tutor at the school location, which presumably will be the British School of Washinton, located centrally in DC. There may be a possibility of other Dutch students at the BSW wishing joining the band wagon. Keeping up their Dutch is particularly important to the boys, as they will be returning to Dutch in the Netherlands schools eventually, and their Dutch was already somewhat affected by a prior stay abroad.

Good day to you. My name is Sheela from Cebu City, Philippines. I want to learn in Dutch Language. I am hoping to go to Netherlands by this year and live with my Fiance. He gave me books and cd's for me to study and learn. But its so hard for me because I am always talking every day to my fellow Filipino friends and family. The words I am memorizing from the dutch books and cd's will flew away. I am hoping that I can find somebody who can teach me to learn the Dutch language, because I will live there very soon and work there also. I am hoping that I will know the language for the better conversation, and if possible with grammar. But its not so important, what matter most to me is to learn how to speak Dutch language for better conversation. I wanted to learn if there will be someone who can teach me even just 2 to 3 hours, 3 times a week. I will hope that through this site somebody will help me to learn Dutch language, and hoping too that he or she will have patience for me while learning for I am not a fast learner. Lastly if only possible hope my future teacher would be a woman (if only possible). Thanks in advance, I will for your responce.
