I'm living in Tbilisi until July 1st, and want to be able to communicate with everyone in their own language. Basically, my goal is to be able to hold a conversation with any random person I meet while running errands, eating lunch, etc. Currently, I just know a few basic words/phrases , but can read the alphabet (albeit slowly!).
I'd like 1-2 hrs/week of lessons, and can devote at least 1 hr/day to studying, in addition to practicing all the time in real life. I'm looking for a tutor with experience teaching colloquial Georgian, since that's what I need right now. Naturally, someone who is patient and offers clear lesson plans would be ideal!
