I have no knowledge of Hindi, other than Bollywood movies! Being married 4 years now to my east indian husband, it's time I fully understand how many bad things they've been saying about me! (just joking, my in-laws are beautiful people) I would like to learn the language to expand my horizons, both personally and professionall y and apply it to my work in the insurance industry, as I often have to liase with the Indian community and conduct telephone interviews and client meetings which would make my job much more easier (versus hiring a translator). We also travel international ly and to broaden my languages to include Hindi would be a bonus - I current speak/write current English and Italian.
I am hopeful to learn Hindi and perhaps Punjabi through some informal or small classes and would like to get going on this in the very near future.

Basically a beginner. Had went to Mandarin School before, 2 hours a week, but was never able to speak the language. I want to learn because it'll be useful in the future. Need improvements in coversation, grammer, and writing. Willing to put 4 hrs a week into this. Looking for some some who lives near woodbridge, easy going, patient, and reliable.
