I am a beginner. i know nothing. I hope to go teach in Tibet in the future. I have a a Doctorate in Juris Prudence, a BA in Sociology (emphasis in Psychology and Political Science), and Certification as a familiy counselor.
I wish to dedicate the same amount of time to studying as I would in a class room setting perhaps 8-10 hrs a week???

I am a beginner who has been trying to teach himself. I wish to become proficient in Tibetan as part of my religious training and, hopefully, begin working on translating classical texts, as well as serving the Tibetan community in exile in any way possible. I am willing to devote a minimum of 10-15 hours weekly for study, not including tutorials. I am looking for a teacher who has a command of English, is a good educator who can move his or her student along, and has a good sense of humor.
