I am a beginning spanish student. I will travel to Lima and Cusco in September or October of 2008. I want to stay with a local family and attend classes part of the days for 3-4 hours or informally with someone fluent in both english and spanish languages. I could stay for 4 to 6 weeks depending on costs. My goal is to be able to speak well enough to travel and ask for what I need and to be able to have friendly conversations with local people. I am a total beginner in Russian. So far I've been learning it on my own but I'm looking for a tutor to learn it with. I want to eventually be proficient in speaking.
I'm learning russian for career advancement. I would like to be a translator and an interpreter.
I would like to dedicate, for starters, two to three days a week and eventually move up to five days a week, if possible.

I am a beginner interested in learning the Arabic language. I am doing this because I am sincerely interested in learning a new language will be deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan, late January 2007 and would like to be able to communicate and learn from the native people. I can dedicate nights and weekends as I am not taking any other classes. I am looking for a teacher that is a conversationa list, has a degree of patience, and will teach me of the culture.
