I am a beginner, but know few words in Amharic. I know the fidel (alphabet) and can read them also. My only problem is speaking. I really want to learn Amharic because I go to the Ethiopian Orthodox Church and there are many Ethiopians here that I don't understand so much. Im A Beginner at The Language Japanese. The reason I want to learn the languge is because I one day would like to study in that contry maybe live there for a while.Also to know the language so i could possible have a better chance to get a job.Even Though Im 14 now I have big plans for my future.I would like to learn all that is to now on the language(gram mer,conversati on ect.).I would like a teacher who will push me to my potential and that can work with kid for I am 14. I would like a reasonable price and location also in the time cause im still in school.

I am definitely a beginner in Portuguese. I would need to have interaction via the internet and then a couple of weeks in Brazil in the near future. I wish to learn the language for two reasons. Number (1) is career advancement, number (2) I am seriously considering retirement in Brazil within the next 4-5 years.
I am totally a novice in the language and would like to become conversationa l with limited reading.
I am desiring to devote maximum time of 10-15 hours per week for approximately 3-4 months over the internet. At that point, I would need to come to Brazil for a two week crash course with my teacher..
I find that I usually communicate much better with an easy going and yet provoking individual, who appreciates humor and yet can be intense when needed. Almost always I am much more receptive to a female.
