I would like to learn Arabic for career advancement. I am unfamiliar with the language so am thus interested in introductory lessons, devoting up to a couple hours per week to learning. I have had an elementary course in Arabic in Switzerland. I am able to read and write the Arabic letters and I know some words, but I am not able to make many sentences.
I am going to travel through the Middle East on my motorcycle and would like to learn some Arabic to find my way through this part of the world and to get in touch with people.
I am looking for a teacher for four weeks starting 8th November 2008. After a break of two weeks, I may continue with another 4 weeks starting 20th December.

I have only had a elementary course in Arabic. I would like to learn more of it because I am going travel through the Middle East on my motorcycle. The goal will be to handle the most common issues a tourist has and to make simple conversations . I am looking for a teacher in Aleppo or Damascus for four weeks from 8th November 2008.
