I am a Beginner in the Japanese language, i want to learn the lagnauage because i have a profound love of the culture, present and past. I am very interested in Japanese Animation among many other cultural things related to Japan. I wish to learn not only for personal reasons but for professional, i hope to (in 2-3 years) move to japan for a few years for a new experience, maybe even teaching english.
I have only just begun teaching myself Japanese, mainly through travel guide books, since i've found it difficult to obtain any good language learning aids at my local book stores, but i feel that with some help i can flourish.
I am willing to dedicate as much time as my schedual will permit to learning Japanese, my only problem is that i work a Fly-In Fly-Out job and am only home for a week after every two weeks of work, but studying away while i'm at work will be no obstacle.
I am looking for a teacher who is easy-going, informed about Japanese culture, easy to talk to and fun to work with. I am really just looking for a positive experience that will hopefully benefit me in the future.

I do Japanese Continuers and Extension and I'm in year 12. I am striving to become a Japanese teacher and I need the best marks possible to get into university. I need to improve my listening and speaking skills, as well as do the best I can at reading and writing. At least an hour and a half a week, as well as my class lessons, would help me become the best I can at Japanese. I would like a teacher who can listen to what I need help with and can give me the best understanding possible.

I am a complete beginner. I would like to learn Japanese as i think it would come in useful in the near future. Also i have an interest in the language. I want to focus on grammer, vocabulary and conversation. I want to be able to speak and write in Japanese fluently. I would like a 1-1.5 hour lesson per week.
Less ons have to be very flexible because of my hectic academic commitments. The teacher has to be comfortable with last minute changes.
