I am an intermediate/ advanced portuguese student currently studying for a linguistics/p ortuguese degree at university. Learning portuguese and doing the course is to advance my career options. Regarding my lessons, i am looking for a tutor that could help me write or show that i am writing my essay correctly ~(info i am proving, my language etc) The essay will be written in english but the subject is the development towards womens liberation in portugal. i would like about two hours worth of lessons for a week. I am looking forward to my teacher to explain what i am doing right or wrong in my essay to provide useful comments and say where i could make alternative changes.

I would like to move to Brazil part time and teach English. I am a beginner although I speak very conversationa l Brazilian Portuguese with friends. I'm particularly uncomfortable with my pronounciatio n, grammer, and comprehension . I have 9 months to learn and I'm attempting to immerse myself with reading Brazilian newspapers, music, films, televison programs, radio, books, and flashcards. I have not begun to learn portuguese as of yet. I have always been interested in learning Portuguese and now it would be a great help in a career transition from Army to Federal Police. As previously stated I will be learning from scratch. How long it takes to learn fluent Portuguese is not important. But It will have to be part time as I am working full time.
