I would like to learn the Japanese language because I plan to live there one day, and also I'm just up for the challenge. My proficiency level is beginner, but I do know some Japanese phrases already (toire wa desu ka?). I need to work on conversation adn grammer, I guess everything. I plan to dedicate however long it takes until I know this language, but I'll probably have an hour a day for lessons because of school. I'm looking for a teacher who can be able to explain to me patiently the ground rules and things.

I would have to state that I am a beginner learner as I haven't taken any Japanese before but have started to try using some books and tapes. Because I am a kinetic learner I learn best when taught being able to hear someone speak it and see how they make the sounds with their mouth and then with advice on how to correct the way I am sounding. I want to learn how to speak Japanese so it can become an asset for me to use in a Japanese Exchange application that is done in the spring. I also just have a basic interest in the Japanese culture and would love to learn more. I am learning Japanese because of my plans to move to Japan to work.
I am still at the beginner level.
I need help on speaking, sentence construction as well as grammar.
I would love to take once a week class preferably on Sundays.
A s I am currently also taking a group class in a Japanese Language school, I would want my teacher to be able to teach me something out of what I have learnt and also, one of the main purpose in taking a private tutor is to get myself accustomed to speaking Japanese. Hence, I am only looking at Japanese native speakers to teach me.
The teacher has to be very patient and the pace has to be right, preferably not too fast as I am still at the beginner level. A friendly personality would be an added bonus.

I want to learn japanese, because it´s a beautiful language of a beautiful country. Unfortunately I´m a bloody beginner.
I have to work for my chinese classes too, so I would like to spend like 5 hours a week on japanese.
The class should emphasise speaking, because that´s how wo get to know new people and I also fear to get confused with the chinese and japanses characters, but still it´s no problem if we learn to read and write, too.
