Greetings,
I am only beginning to learn to speak Amharic. I have begun the task of learning to write and speak the fidel. It is important to me that I learn Amharic, and that I teach this original language to my daughter Ysabella Amharaine who is not yet born. She will be born a Leo in July. My interest in Amharic began when I first learned from a rastafarian in Seattle, WA that the language I often dreamed (dreams of instructional scrolls of prayers and peacefull happiness) as a young girl is Amharic. I believe this ancient knowledge is not only part of my spirit, but somehow coded into my very blood and bones. I pray for guidance in finding a teacher to assist me and my daughter on our journey.

I want to learn grammar as well as conversation in order to communicate the Gospel without an interpreter.

I am interested in learning this language for several reasons. Later this year I am planning my first trip to Ethiopia. I intend on going to and from this area often in the next coming years of my life and at some point to totally move there.
