I want to learn Japanese! I think that speaking with a native in my hometown will be great way to build on and improve my abilities. I would like to use a text and also be able to have conversation.
I studied Japanese in high school and spent the past year in Tokyo but still my Japanese is nowhere where it should be. I think my Japanese is beginner. I can read Hiragana and Katakana and of course I want to learn Kanji. I am very dedicated to this and I will try my hardest to speak the language.
As far as a teacher goes, someone is knows Japanese very well and has confidence and patience when teaching. Basically, someone who knows what they are doing and genuinely wants to help people learn Japanese.

In September of 2010 I will be studying abroad in Münster, Germany for 11 months. As I have no previous knowledge of the German language I would like to learn basic conversationa l German as a stepping block to build upon during my studies abroad. I'm looking for a language instructor to meet once a week to help with pronunciation , basic grammar, and vocabulary. As I work full time, I do not have a tremendous amount of time to dedicate to studying but throughout the week I would like various lessons and homework to work on, and meet with the instructor to review the materials and ensure I am learning the language accurately.

Hello
My name is Shea, I am a 20 year old male wishing to learn Spanish as I am very interested in the language. I will be doing a bike touring trip through the southern states of United States, Central and South America. I think that learning the language would be a very big advantage for my trip. I am hoping to start lessons as soon as possible. I have been using the computer program Rosetta Stone but I feel that it would be more helpful to have someone to speak with and have a guide to correct my speech. I am definitely a beginner but I am very eager to learn. I have to leave town for my job but when I am back in town i would like to take lessons 2-3 times per week if possible. If you could let me know if this is possible it would be greatly appreciated.

I am a teenager who has chosen German as my second language. I recently discovered that I have German heritage and did some research. I am fascinated by the sounds and complexity of the language. I am in the very early stages of learning. I am looking for a teacher who has experience in private lessons and other types of teaching. I am looking for a teacher who is patient and understanding .
