I enjoy learning different languages very much, and would be keen to learn more structured Russian. I am at a beginner level in Russian, but I know some basic vocabulary and conversation, plus basic pronounciatio n/cyrillic. My boyfriend is russian, and has taught me some conversationa l russian, but I am keen to learn in a more structured tutoring environment, ideally 1-2 times a week, plus some practice on my own. It would be a useful I would like lessons to cover both conversationa l speaking as well as grammar/langu age structure, and a lot of feedback on pronunciation .

To whom it may concern,
As a senior electrical engineer graduating in spring 2010 and planning to start a company in Russia, I want to learn russian because i need this foreign language for career improvement. I am a beginner although i started Russian on my own but it was too hard to continue without someone's help. I am not looking for a degree in Russian language, l simply want to be able to understand russian and speak and be understood too. My schedule is a little tight but i can arrange for two meetings a week.

I wish to learn the language partly because my boyfriend is Russian and his family and friends dont know very much English, i am also planning to travel to Russia in the next few years for at least a few months and dont want to be a burden to anyone. I wish to make a life with him and even though he has offered to help me learn i'd like to supplement that with proper classes
