I have wanted to learn Japanese for quite awhile now. I have a great interest in learning about the Japanese culture. Admittedly, I know very little. I would like to put this skill, once acquired, towards a career as well.
My level is definitely a beginner. I want to learn all I can and, hopefully, be fluent in it one day.
I would just like a teacher that is patient and dedicated to teaching and seeing results.

I'm learning for personal reasons. My level would be low intermediate. I commenced 1990 and have revised whenever I felt necessary. I've not studied for past 6 years so need to revise through beginner levels again. I need to work on my conversationa l skills. I guess a lesson would be 1-2 hrs in length. I have my text books but need a teacher to take me through them again, especially for pronounciatio n purposes. Would prefer a female teacher who could come to my condo for the lesson.
