I am a beginner in Mandarin although I have studied it for 2 years. I have not studied in the last year and a half. I am learning Mandarin because I find the language interesting and enlightning. I am teaching English, along with another woman, using the Bible as our text. I will be returning to Russia to live and work sometime in the future, and will do the same work. I lived in Russia from 2003-2008. I feel my level is pre-intermedi ate. I need improvement in grammar and conversation. I would like lessons 2 days a week, Tues and Wed. if possible. I respond best to structure that is both firm and yet patient. I need conversation practice with correction.
