I have taken four years of spanish classes while in high school and intend to continue learning spanish this fall in college--afte r three years away from the language!
As such, I'm looking for a private tutor to meet with a few times each week. I would like to rebuild my vocabulary, fine tune my grammer, and most importantly become comfortable speaking and understanding the oral language. I would like instruction from approx. the 20th of August to the 2nd of September.

1) Beginner: I have never had a tutor before and my only knowledge of Japanese comes from books I have borrowed from the library. In truth, I know little of this language.
2) I wish to learn Japanese because of personal interest. Ever since I was very young I have admired the Japanese and I want to visit (maybe live) in Japan one day.
3) I need improvement in everything.
4) I believe, any amount of time is alright. As long I can be assured to learn a lot and never forget what I learn then I am willing to spend all the time needed.
5) As long as the teacher does not make me doze off the first second he/she starts talking and as long as she/he makes the lessons enjoyable, fun, and unforgetable. I would also appreciate it a lot if I can learn and have tests/convers ations with the teacher.

Well, I have been studying French for about 3 years now, so i guess i would be considered intermediate. I am learning French so I would be able to communicate with my uncle and his family in Paris, France. I am also learning it beacause I think its a beautiful language and I want to be more cultured. I would like to learn at least once a week, but depending on the cost, maybe i could come about 2-3 times a week.
