Hi,
My name is Sonia and i am interested in learning to speak Farsi.
My dad is Iranian but i did not teach us it at home.
My sister and I do not speak/underst and a word and now we are finding ourselves at a loss.
My uncle is also bringing his wife here and she doesn't speak a word of English and I wish to communicate with her when she does come.
I would definitely be a beginner category in the proficiency level.
I also wish to speak the language because it will make future job opportunities open up.
I am available for weekly lessons and also half day/full day lessons once a week. (To e determined )

I would like to learn for school, work, and personal reasons. I am fairly fluent in speaking using common every day words but I can't read or write. I would like to learn Farsi out pure curiosity and for my own personal enjoyment. It is possible that one day it could be of professional value to me, but for now I would just like to begin exploring the language. I currently have absolutely no knowledge of Persian, and as I am a full-time student, can only dedicate a minimal amount of time to studying each week.
