Me and my wife are relocating to HK for work. We want to learn Cantonese as it is the most common language spoken in HK.
We dont know Cantonese atall so we are at very beginner level.
We have got little more than a month before we relocate to HK. As such we expect to speak basic Cantonese. Identify the characters and words so as to read any signboards.

Dear Sir/Madam
I used to live in Hong Kong. I lived there for about 10 years and at one point my Cantonese was reasonably proficient. I have been away for over 10 years now and forgotten most of it. However I have a lot of friends there and go back for a holiday every year.
I have always loved hearing and speaking Cantonese and for a long time have wanted to pick it up again.
I have a range of costs in mind for how much a lesson is as my children have mandarin tuition.
I believe that ideally I would like a 2-hour session once a week. I would only be able to do morning time though.
