Hello, I am a BEGINNER - i have tried a learning from a 'learn instant German in 6 weeks which actually works very well but i would like to speak with someone more personally rather than a recorder. I am learning German because I will be moving there in September. I need improvment in all areas as I do not speak the language. I will dedicate alot of time to this (depending on costs I suppose) I am looking for someone who is energetic and who is native from Germany so that i can ask them questions about the country additionally. Male or female, - maybe younger individual (i am 22) maybe some older than me but not too old so that i can relate to them and they can relate to me...but 40 year old around that age is perfect too i am not picky with age as long as they are energetic and inspiring and make the teaching fun.

I am a beginner, having taken some German in school. I want to learn a second language mainly because I believe it to be important to continue learning new things throughout my life. I also have a desire to learn about other cultures and ways of life. I am a beginner and as such I need to work on all aspects of the language I am learning. I would like to come up with a schedule for lessons with the teacher I choose. A teacher with patience will be important, as I am only starting out.
