I just finished my first year of Russian language. I am looking for a tutor that is willing to meet weekly during the summer to review and practice what I learned during the school year. I especially need help with speaking and listening; however, I would like review in all aspects of the language.
As I said, I am looking for a tutor that is willing to meet weekly. I would like to meet in the evening for around an hour or two hours. I would also like the tutoring sessions to be regular so that I can easily coordinate it with work.

I am a 41 year old Australian. My motivation is I recently travelled across Russia for 4 weeks and had a great time; also the company I work for has some interests in Russia which they are developing and there is a chance I could transfer there part time in a couple of years. I am not sure how I will go, as currently i can really only speak english, but I would like to try learning Russian. I am looking for one to one tuition and as I would rather not be in an environment where there are only younger students. My occupation is 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and also one 6 weeks holiday a year, so I have plenty if free time. I would like a program that both involves me studying here at home as well as periods of more intensive study in Russia. I am prepared to make as many of these trips as necessary. (I am not expecting it to be easy!)

I am a beginner in Russian and currently have been self-teaching the language. I want to be able to speak it with profiency, fluently would be ideal, at some point. I want to learn it because I want to know more than just my native language and German. I am very interested in the culture and language itself and I already know the Cyrillic alphabet. I want to improve in all my areas, especially grammar and vocabulary. That is the core of a language I suppose. I already know some vocabulary and grammar, but I need to work on putting them into sentences. I go to a high school where I am learning German but they do not offer Russian. I would love to spend time learning it and going in depth with lessons, I am serious about it. I want someone who is credible, who has knowledge of the language and can work at any level. If anyone has any information about where I could find materials to learn the Ossetic Language of North Ossetia (in Russia) and South Ossetia (in Georgia) I would also greatly appreciate it or any information or programs on the language. I am also interested in learning Azerbaijani.
