I have no previous Russian experience other than 'Yes' and 'No.' I want to learn this language because I'm currently getting a degree in International Relations with a focused area in Russia. I want to dedicate at least two hours to my language lessons. I'm looking for a teacher who will use all forms of media to teach me Russian such as reading newspapers, watching the Russian news, listening to music, and others in addition to textbook instruction.

I have studied Russian for three semesters at the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio. Currently, I am studying abroad in the Galapagos and I have had no opportunity to practice Russian because I am too busy learning Spanish. I would like to pick up Russian again this summer and continue to improve in grammar, conversation, and reading ability. I would like to spend 1 hour a week with a tutor. I'm looking for a teacher who is flexible with scheduling and who charges a reasonable price (I'm still a college student). I believe that grammar is incredibly important in understanding Russian and I need it to be a key element in my lessons.

I would like to learn the Russian language and I am a beginner at it. I would like to learn this language because it has recently caught my attention and I have been listening to a lot of Russian bands lately, and along with the history this language highly interests me. Grammar and conversation would most likely be what I need to learn. I would dedicate as much time as I can to this language assuming I can afford it. I would like somebody who is good with people and has a very good backround with this language - somebody who not only speaks it well but also knows the history behind it.
