I am a beginner in learning Russian. I wish to learn quickly in order to communicate better with acquaintances in the Ukraine and Belarus. I am willing to spend several hours each day on the task, for several months, at least. I am looking for an instructor who can commit to the time required, and teach in an informal setting, at home, at a restaurant, driving, etc. Lodging can be provided, if necessary. Pay is negotiable.

I have no experience with Mandarin Chinese. In considering traveling to China in March I would like to practice the language as much as possible. My only interest is in conversationa l Mandarin.
