My name is John Holloway. I am a first year student currently studying at the University of Alberta. I wish to learn two languages fluently by the time I graduate (yes, I know it is a little ambitious). I wish to learn both French and Arabic.
I am a beginner in both languages, never learning anything of either language. I would like to learn to speak, as well as read and write, at a conversationa l level in both.
I would like to learn French because I have heard it is a beautiful language to speak. It is also a popular language in the world and would allow me not only to communicate with people from Quebec, but people from around the world.
Arabi c I wish to learn because it is different from the usual Germanic or Romance languages usually spoken. I have an interest in the Middle East and would at some time like to travel there. Arabic has always strongly interested me as a choice for a second language.
I would be willing to dedicate 2 hours a week with my teacher, as well as studying assignments on my own.
I would like a teacher that has a flexible schedule, is relaxed and friendly with a casual teaching style.

Hi there, i would like to learn Arabic(middle eastern). My proficiency would be at the beginners level. I will be studying part time and it will benefit me once I've completed my certificate in Internation Trade. My goal is to speak the language fluently and learn the basic grammar. Once a week is all the time i have with a hour or two each session. The qualities that I would prefer in teaching is a fair teacher with a litle discipline.

Hello, I am a beginner in learning arabic ( Middle Estern ). I am learning this language for my own benifits and wish to achieve the the language until i am confortable in having a conversation with someone. I need to work in all areas i wish to read, write and speak the language. I am hoping to spend as much time as i can, i find only learning once or twice a week will not help me as much as if i could at least do 4-5 days a week. I am hoping to find a teacher who can teach me everything i need to know and could find a certain method that would be a bit easier for me in learn ( i do know the language is difficult but i hope you would be able to show a way that the information you are giving me in my lessons will stick with me ).
