my proficieny level of korean is that i can roughly READ through the hanguel alphabets. I have roughly managed to understand the alphabets.
B ut though i can read the words, i dont understand their meanings and how to structure sentences etc. :D
I'm learning korean because i'm interested in it. Furthermore, i'm travelling there in the near future and i hope that learning a new language will be advantageous to me.
I'm willing to fork out any time for the lessons. so long as i can learn it fast.
The teachers i look for should be nice and able to teach well :D

I'm a beginner and want to learn the Korean language. I work five nites a week and would need to learn a slower pace than some as I am an older woman (55) that has a desire to go to Seoul oneday.I like Korean culture and their people and my daughter may oneday live there. I want to be able to talk with my grandkids when that day arrives.
