I wish to learn Russian for general purposes, such as travelling, reading, etc. Having travelled twice to Russia, I've picked a few very basic expressions and have learnt to read the alphabet. I would like to learn the language to have one more asset in the future as I feel it could be an important language in my professional area.
I have no precise goal, I would like to learn general Russian.
My level is beginner, I know almost nothing!
I am currently in Bangkok until the end of July and am generally busy during the week. I would be free for courses in the evening or at the weekend. Depending on the price and availability, I would like to get from 10 to 30 hours courses to get more insight on the language.

Wish to learn russian to advance my career. I work for a major US Oil Service Company and plan to move to Sakhalin Island in 3 years and want to be prepared.
I studied for 6 months while on assignment in Baku (Azerbaijan) in 2008 but I would still consider myself a beginner.
Concentrating on conversation and reading.
I would like 2 plan to learn at 2 x 1hr sessions per week.
Look ing for a teacher who can teach modern conversationa l Russian with enthusiasm and have a flexible timetable.
