I've always wanted to learn a third and forth language, and Japanese and Chinese are the main languages I've seen around my career field. I'm also thinking about traveling to Japan and China to teach english there. I want to learn Japanese to be able to learn and understand some of the culture and customs of Japan
I do not know anything about Japanese
I am hoping to Japanese language school, and they require me to know hiragana and katakana to start the school in May.
I would like to have the basics to get around in Japan as I learn the hiragana and katakana for the school.
I would like to dedicate the time in that short time spanned to have the hiragana and katakana knowledge, and be able to function to some degree in getting around.
I am leaving New Zealand on 17 April 2016. I am scheduled to be in Fukuoka on 7 of May.
