First of all, language is very important tool for communication . I have been traveling a lot and I learned that to survive in a foreign country, I needed to learn at least the basic (like thank you, your welcome, how much? and so on).
I would like to improve my knowledge in Japanese by focusing more on practical conversation. But due to my tight schedule I can only study during weekends.
I have no specific qualification for a teacher but a native speaker is more preferable.

Hello, my name is Jay and I am really eager to improve upon my basic knowledge of the Japanese language. I live in Ansan, but I go to Seoul every weekend so, I would love to be able to attend a Japanese lesson/class with a teacher who is patient and easy-going. I am not naturally gifted at language acquisition so, I hope to find a teacher who will work patiently with me while I gain confidence and momentum with my learning of this rather challenging language. I am learning Japanese because I like the Japanese culture and hope to work in Japan some day.
I am a beginner as I have no training in any way but I have been watching a lot of anime and shows. Also, because I am Chinese, I am able to read some Kanji.
I would like to dedicate at least 2 hours each week to my language lessons. My schedule is some what flexible but it may change at times, so the tutor/teacher should have a flexible schedule as well.
The qualities I am looking for in a teacher is their willingness to teach, good knowledge in the language, patience, ability to converse in English fluently, and resourcefulne ss.
As for the lessons, I would like them to be straight forward and full of information. It is also better if the lessons are reasonably priced because I am still a student.
