I will be visiting Russia, departing Australia 14 March and would like to have a basic understanding of the Russian language. I have taught myself the cyrilic alphabet but I do not have the discipline to teach myself the whole way and would benefit from some formal tuition. I work only part time and could dedicate flexible hours to study. However, if this is a structured course I could change my work hours to suit.

I am currently studying for AS level french in the UK but am in Melbourne for 8 weeks on business. I would like to continue with oral practice and grammar etc while I'm here. My reason for learning chinese, mandarin, is to advance my career. My client base and expertise will be broadened.
I am a beginner in chinese, mandarin but am very willing to learn. I have a little grasp of bahasa indonesia.
I am looking for at least 2 sessions per week and at least 2 hours per session. My aim is to develop an intermediate knowledge of chinese, mandarin before June.
I am looking for a teacher that can work with me and help me to achieve my goals as stated above. A teacher that will be available by phone (outside of session times), provide aides for me to study on my own time and push me to learn quickly, is what I am after.

I spent some time in Italy a few months ago and went to language school there. I want to learn Italian to be able to speak and communicate with my current partner.
