-I am a beginner. However I have been living in Budapest for 1.5 years so have the absolute basics.
-I want to learn for social reasons and have little/no professional need
-I am most interested in learning conversationa l Hungarian. Reading somewhat important, writing not important.
-I am prepared to devote a significant amount of time to language lesssons - 5 hrs a week work permiting. To be honest my out of lesson time devotion is likely to be limited.

I have no experience in speaking hungarian. I am interested in learning this language because of its rarity, and the fact that i will be traveling to Hungary in March. I will need to learn the basic vocabulary and grammar. I can dedicate any amount of time needed to be semi-profieci ent in Hungarian coversation.
