I am at a beginners level of learning Romanian. I want to learn because someday I hope to travel to Romania and other countries as a study abroad program or perhaps for college. I would also like to learn many other languages but am starting with Romanian. I've taken one year of Frenc but I need 2 years of foreign language as a college requirement. I am looking for lessons in Romanian in the Puget Sound region but if there are none available I am also looking for courses in Russian.

I'm born in Montreal from a French Canadian father and a Romanian Mother. I recently got the acceptance for my mother's last name addition and I'm in the process of getting my Romanian citizenship. I didn't learn Romanian as a child and wish to speak it. I hope to be trilingual! So I'm a beginner, but I do understand a little since I heard it my whole life.
I wish I could learn it in a small group to be more motivated and for monetary reasons too.

Hello !
i am doing B.Com , Correspondenc e and i am very much interestd in learning Romanian ,as my father is doing business with Romanian customers , and because of the fact that he dont know their language , i want to bridge this communication gap .
Moreover , i am ready to spent 24 hours , but i want to learn very early.
And i think , teacher is that word ,on which we have to right to comment , as we cant comment on our parents...

The reason I want to learn this language is because I have a friend who lives in Romania and would like to better understand and have fluenct conversations with her. I need improvement in grammar and conversationa l speach. I would like to dedicate as much time as you have to offer. Have an open free schedule and willing to work with yours. I would like someone who is a native speaker and could truly help me to understand how I could learn your language even better.
