None, other than a few words. Definitely a beginner.
Russian heritage, hence my interest in learning the language. It was lost in my father's generation, but I have fond memories of listening to my grandparents.
I am very busy with work, but my goal is to become fluent.
I want a teacher who will really challenge me. I took french immersion when I was in elementary/hi gh school and I think that is the only way to learn. It would be great if the teacher could apprise me of Russian speaking opportunities around the city.

I had done my Russian diploma 10 yrs.. back. Now i am totally blank. I want to learn from the beginning. That time I wished to become an interpreter, but for some reasons i couldn't complete that. Now i want to continue learning. I want to learn everything - grammer, conversation. If it is possible for the teacher I am ready to give 1 hr. daily. I am second generation Russian Molocan, and although I have some comprehension of the Russian language I would only rate my proficiency at somewhere between the beginning and intermediate levels. It is very important that I am able to understand conversationa l Russian fluently, as the language is a big part of my heritage and is what is dominately spoken in our churches. I am looking for a resonably priced tutor of somewhat middle-agle for possibly private, in-person lessons, a few hours once a week. She must be able to provide her own transportatio n. A good knowelege of the old Russian Language is a plus.

I could speak and read and write reasonably good Russian years ago. But I am now very rusty. I want to become a fluent speaker of Russian, in part for research purposes and in part just out of interest. I am looking for a Russian native speaker, preferably female. The teacher should be a good motivator. I would require a mixture of conversation, grammar, reading and writing. My time is very flexible, but how much time I need to spend on lessons will only become clear once I have completed a few.
