I have been studying Modern Standard Arabic for two years in college. Before that, I learned the alphabet and a few words on my own. I love the Arabic language and am particularly interested in writing poetry as well as conversing fluently. I plan to continue my studies and hope to travel and work in the Middle East. I am looking for a tutor for about 4 weeks during the summer to help me practice my Arabic, particularly oral communication and intermediate- level grammar such as broken plurals, hollow verbs, etc. I would like to take lessons 2-3 times a week, if possible, with assignments in between. I am looking for a teacher who is friendly and easy to talk with.
