We have been living in Romania for two years and have studied some Romanian. We will be returning to the states in the fall and would like to keep up to date with our skills. I will be attending a college in the fall in Philadelphia, PA. My college has a foreign language requirement. I would like to learn Romanian, and am hoping to convince the college to accept private instruction in that language as a fulfillment of the language requirement. I am a beginner, and would have to reach some level of competency (set by the college) in order for it to qualify. Therefore, in addition to instruction I would need a 'course outline' to present to the college.
