I believe I am between beginner to intermediate level in Japanese. I can read and write hiragana, katakana, and kanji. I cannot read all kanji but being chinese I can guess most of there meaning.
I just want to be able to speak another language.
I would love to improve my conversationa l skills. I am having a hard time communicating with my Japanese coworkers.
A s much as possible. Maybe 3 lesson per week if time allows.
I am looking for teachers who are enthusiastic, responsible, and know what they are doing.

My proficiency level is at beginner. I want to learn Japanese so that I can communicate in that language. I think I need particular improvement in everything since this is my first time learning and speaking in this language. I would like to have my lessons arranged on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 9:00a.m to 11:00a.m. I would like a teacher who is from Japan and can speak fluent English and has a lot of teaching experience.

I have not started learning either language. I would like to learn these languages because I have always had a great interest in the Japanese and Korean language and culture. I have many other activities during the week so one hour a week alternating which language every second week is my plan. (Example: Every 1st & 3rd week of the month I would focus on Japanese than every 2nd and 4th week of the month I would focus on Korean.) I am looking for a teacher with great experience in either Japanese or Korean or both. One who is patient and polite and can teach clearly. And one preferably with some sort of teaching experience. I also expect to be using resources such as workbooks and such to gain the full learning experience.
