FRANKLY I JUST WANT TO LEARN A THIRD LANGUAGE BECAUSE I FEEL THAT IT MIGHT BE BENEFICIAL TOWARDS MY CAREER IN ARCHITECTURE, AND I FEEL THAT FRENCH IS A GOOD LANGUAGE TO LEARN. I WANT TO GO THERE ONE DAY AND PROBABLY LIVE THERE FOR A WHILE, I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK IT FLUENTLY ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO INTERACT AMONGST THE FRENCH. AS I HAVE NEVER TAKEN A FRENCH COURSE IN MY LIFE I ASSUME I WOULD BE AT A BEGINNER LEVEL.I WOULD LIKE TO FOCUS ON GRAMMAR AND CONVERSATION (MOSTLY CONVERSATION) . I WOULD LIKE TO DEDICATE AT LEAST AN HOUR OR TWO A WEEK TO THE TUTORING AND I'D LIKE TO LEARN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

* I am interested in studying the Mandarin language because of a personal desire to accomplish this language and someday travel.
*I have no previous training in the Chinese language and need instruction in all areas.
*2 hours a day, 2 days a week. (4 hours a week total)
*Th e qualities I am looking for in my Chinese instructor is flexibility in their student's needs, Mandarin Pinyin as a teaching method, instruction in grammar--conv ersation--writ ing (simplified Chinese), preferably a native speaker, and willing to work with 2-3 students.
