To whom it may concern:
I have been to Croatia a a couple of times, and have spend some time there my level of croatian is beginner, although I can pronounce, read, understand, and speak I am a beginner. I know very basic croatian, but enough to survive.
The purpose of learning croatian is because I am engaged to my croatian boyfriend for 3 years now, and I plan to move to zagreb next year. I need to start from the begining and I need help in all areas, especially conversation. I am willing to dedicate as much time as possible depending on the class schedule. I will be willing to go to new york city for classes, or try to go where the classes are depending on location. A croatian native instructor is perferred because of the accent, and level of fluency.

I am a beginner with some basic knowledge of grammar, a few phrases, and a small vocabulary (200 words or so). I am learning because I am marrying into a Croatian family and would like to converse with my relatives, so my focus is on improving conversation skills.

I have no experience in Croatian. My husband has received a job offer there, and we are going to be relocating in the near future. I would like to learn Croatian for various reasons. After visiting friends in Zagreb, I would like to return to the country and be able to gain a certain level of fluency, but think it would be necessary to have a starting point ahead of time. Also, I plan on attaining my PhD in linguistics and think that the knowledge of a non-latin language would be helpful in this endeavor.
