This is out of personal interest. I have done post-graduate studies in music looking at Sanskrit rhythms and my father also spoke Sanskrit as he was born in India.
I'm interested in understanding a little bit of the history of the language and I understand it's a very hard language to try and teach yourself.
I' m just looking for the occasional lesson, around once every two/three weeks around Eastern Suburbs/Inner West Sydney.

I have passed two levels of exams conducted by Samskritha Bharathi and also the Certificate Course in Sanskrit conducted by the Rashtriya Samskrit Vidyapeethya Tirupathi through correspondenc e. I have joined the Diploma Course in Samskrit conducted by the Rashtriya Vidyapeetha Tirupathi. This is also through correspondenc e. I need assitance to study the texts prescribed. Texts include Krishnacharit ham, Hithopadesa, Samsheparamay anam, Raghuvamsam Second Sarga, 12th Chapter of Srimad BhagawadGita, Ishavasya Upanishad etc.,
