I'm a beginner in learning Japanese. I am doing the Rosetta stone learning process but would also like someone in person to teach me. I want to learn Japanese because I like their culture and would like to someday visit Japan. I think that if you go to a different country you should be able to speak enough of their language to communicate with the people there. I'm willing to give as much time as the teacher would be willing to. I also would like to be able to read Japanese too.

Hello. My name's Kelly. I'm actually of Japanese decent. (My grandmother is a Japanese immigrant.) I'm planning on travelling to Japan in the next two months, so I'd like some conversation and grammar experience. I know basic grammar, can read kanji taught in the first three grades of elementary school, and I can read hiragana and katakana.
