I want to learn a foreign language because I believe it will help me in my career, or in any case that I encounter other people who can't speak English. Not only that but I wish to travel to other countries and be able to safely tour the streets without feeling lost or confused. I wish to learn proper grammar and conversation, as well as how to read or write using correct grammar. Since I am starting college again soon, I will dedicate as much days as I can to my language lessons since I am eager to learn. As for my language teacher, I want it to be someone patient and someone who will easily communicate with me as well as give feedback.

I am interested in learning Japanese for travel and a possible move. I spent April and part of May in Japan and I really enjoyed the country( I will go back to Asia later this year). I am an absolute beginner. I did pick up a few words while there, but not enough to claim any proficiency in it. I have actually been learning Spanish for a year, which I will continue to study...but Japanese will be equally important as a want. I am looking to take 1-2 classes per week.
