I have been to Indonesia three times, to visit Yogyakarta and listen to gamelan music. Each time, I tried to learn some Bahasa Indonesia beforehand (from books, CDs, watching movies, etc.), but was disappointed with the results.
M y goal is to be able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia comfortably and speak in a way that will be understood easily.

I wish to learn the Japanese language for multiple reasons. I am currently trying to start up a company that markets different Motorcycle parts over seas. My interest is in Japan. Mainly because I have studied martial arts all my life and have never visited the country that started it. This is my opportunity to mix business with pleasure. I have always been fasinated by the Japanese culture and way of life. I have always wanted to learn more. I am willing to put in as much time as needed.
