I have traveled to Russia, Yaroslavl Region twice. I have been in Moscow and St.Petersburg . Once, I worked in an Orphanage, childrens home for 12 days. I have friends in Uglich, in theYaroslavl region. I would like to travel again one day soon, and not worry about interpreters. I am familiar with the basics. I have learned words like, Hello! Thank you, please, good morning, good night, see you later. I would like to learn conversation. I would like to be able to get a taxi, or find a train. I would like to not get lost traveling in Moscow. It would be extremely important that I got a hotel room and that I can speak to cover my daily needs. I would like to feel safe in traveling alone and be able to express my self to my friends. I thought that it would be best to speak with a tutor/teacher about the time involved. I know this will be challenging but I really would like to do this work and learn 40 or more hours. I am flexible. I would be willing to speak and negotiate a time contract with a teacher. I would like to travel to meet the teacher, I live close to Mpls and St. Paul, Minnesota.Tha nk you.

Greetings,
We are looking for a russian tutor for our two home-schooled children ages 4 and 5 years. Primarily we are looking for someone to come to our home 1 day per week to read, speak and play with them in russian. We hope to hire someone to start August 2006 for possibility of long term position.
