i am a beginner to the german language. my boyfriend is from germany and i would like to learn how to speak with him in his native tongue. (i am sure he would teach me if he had the time. but i would also like to surprise him with my knowledge.)
i also have a german heritage and have always wanted to learn to speak the language so that i would have an easier time when i visited the country.
i am out-of-town during the week, working. i have the weekends off to receive instruction. there would be a few hours during the week that i could concentrate on studies if that is required.
i am looking for someone that is motivating with a lot of patience. (that's not asking too much!)

I have been studying German for a 1.5 year. I know some basic Grammar. I have had a break from German for 6 months. I like German and I hope to be able to use for my career in the future. I need to repeat Grammar and of cause to improve my conversationa l skills.
I would like to meet twice a week. I will be taking classes in the Fall and I am not sure what my schedule will look like. But I am on vocation right now untill September
I am looking for a tutor who is well organized in his/her tutoring. Who gives a lot and asks alot. I would like to have tests from time to time(which keeps me organized).
