I have had a longstanding yearning to learn the Greek language. In the past i have bought cd's nd books to try to grasp the basics. However i now realise that i need the structure offered by either one to one tuition or in a small group. I require to be set targets and to access someone who has an understanding of the difficulty i have in self motivation!
I am in my 40's now and if i don't do it now i fear i will miss out on a lifetime goal.
I would like to start at the very beggining with basics and would prefer lots of instruction on spoken greek before i get my head around a lot of written Greek language.

I want to learn Chinese because I have always been interested in Chinese culture and would like to go to China in the future. I also appreciate the global appeal of China in world markets and would like to learn the language incase I have an opportunity of work there.
I could spend time once or twice pre week (evenings) or perhaps longer at the weekend (depending on cost - I am on a laboratory technicians wage at the moment)
As I said, I would be a total beginner so I would hope my teacher is patient!
