My wife and want to learn Hungarian. My dfamily is from a small town just outside of Buda and we recently visited Budapest. I learned a little Hungarian whilst working with people from all over the world in America. To say that I know basic Hungarian would be overstating my proficiency level.
I would like to learn more and eventually spend some time in Hungary. I could dedicate up to 4 hours per week for lessons but would consider more/less depending on tutor.
I hope to find a teacher who enjoys what they do, has fun and can finally let me hear the difference between certain vowel sounds!

First of all, I do speak Hungarian, but I am not a native speaker. Since in July I will do a EU concourse, in which 1/5 of the exam is in Hungarian, I urgently need some INTENSIVE language/gram mar classes to improve my written skills. If the professor understands the EU institutional ity is an asset.
Tim e is precious, but I am willing to dedicate as much time as it is necessary to prepare myself for the exam.
