I have not studied the Vietnamese language before, so I would be classed as a complete beginner.
I have travelled to Vietnam on holidays several times and have made many friends there, so I would very much like to speak the local language to a proficient conversation level. I plan to return again for Tet next year.
I would prefer to attend classes in person and although I believe that it is a difficult language for a native English speaking person to learn, I would be prepared to put in plenty of effort. I would have no problem in meeting the appropriate fees.
I am also very flexible in the times I could attend classes. I am not sure how many hours a week would be required, but I would be guided by the teacher's advice.
