I'm looking for a native English person to teach my son of 8. Last year he got some English lessons from a non-native teacher (+ duolingo), who focused on reading and understanding English. This year I'd like him to become more fluent in spoken English.
O ur goals are: for our son to be able to speak basic English (eg. when on a holiday) + in the long term, for him to be able to pick up school in English.
I 'm thinking of fun individual lessons, through games, books, walks, movies, etc... and general exposure to the English language. This idealy one hour a week (preferably wednesday-aft ernoon, but other moments are possible), at our home.

Hello,
I am Roberto, a spanish PhD student and a young researcher paid by the Complutense University in Madrid to have a study stay in Belgium. I have just arrive to Ghent and I will be living here for six months, so I am looking for english courses urgently. I have passed the FIRST exam of Cambridge 5 months ago but I have important problems with my fluency and accent when I am talking.
I prefer to take private lessons but don't mind to take part in reduced groups, it depends of the costs of the courses. Another important element to me is to take my classes with native professors or one that have lived there for long time.
