Hello,
I have been living in Greece inconsistantl y for over a year now, i have picked up the language quickly. Being a law student in greece im interested in taking the exams available in May to obtain an official qualification , so translating can be an oppertunity with eu later
i listening and reading are my strongest qualities i have gained with the language, i will need extra assistnce with grammer and speaking.
I am looking for group classes i can attend or a personal tutor to prepare me for the exam, and determine if if i will sit the higher or lower intermeadiate exam.

I wish to learn Greek to a level of competency. I have studied the language on and off now for a few years. I can read and write in the greek alphabet too. I have close friends in Thessaloniki and wish to be able to converse with them in Greek rather than in English all the time.

My proficiency level is beginner. I am buying a property in Penera Cyprus which is being built and will be ready in October 2008, I intend to spend long periods in Cyprus and eventually hope to relocate there on my retirement approx 10 yrs from now. To this end my wife and myself are interested in becoming much more proficient in the Greek language. I will be looking for evening time lessons about 2-3 times a week, and will require a patient understanding teacher.
