I want to learn Cantonese for personal and professional development. I am a beginner in Cantonese but fluent in mandarin (able to read Traditional Chinese and read/write in simplified Chinese). I need improvement on verbal conversationa l Cantonese. I am free during the summer until late July 2012 and am willing to put full time into learning Cantonese. I'm looking for someone who is fluent in both Cantonese and Mardarin and preferably have teaching experience.

I think it is important to learn different languages as it would be a great asset for my career and traveling. I also want to learn French and Chinese as they are part of my heritage.
I would like to improve on all areas of the language but conversation would be the most essential. I have had previous education in Mandarin and French.
As for time, I think 1-3 hours a week would work.

I am leaving for exchange (4 months of school) in Hong Kong beginning in September, I would like to learn a little conversationa l Cantonese before I leave.
I have no proficiency in Cantonese, but I have experience learning other languages.
I have time for 1-2 hours of lessons once a week, but I can find many hours to study and practice every week.
I would prefer lessons in person, although skype lessons could be manageable. I live in Southeast Calgary.
